Delivery & Pick Up In Store

We know how exciting it is to receive something special. That’s why we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

📦 Shipping UK Mainland

We aim to process all orders within 1 working day. Orders placed before 11am Monday-Friday are packed and dispatched the same day.

Your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail, with two tracked delivery options:

  • 24 Hour Tracked – £4.99 Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days from dispatch.

  • 48 Hour Tracked – £4.99 Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days from dispatch.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Customers using the Royal Mail app can choose their own safe place for delivery.

We are open Monday to Saturday 9am-5pm.

Simply select the Pick Up In Store option at checkout. Please be advised Apple Pay will not allow click and collect sorry for any inconvenience caused. 

International Shipping Policy – Mainland Spain

We’re delighted to offer shipping from the UK to Spain, ensuring that Blush Lane treasures arrive with care and clarity.

  • Orders are processed within 1 working day
  • Express Delivery: £21.90 | Estimated arrival in 2–7 business days

All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or peak periods.

📑 Customs, Duties & Taxes: Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be applied upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local authority and are the customer’s responsibility, Blush Lane Boutique are not liable for these charges.

📋 Required Shipment Details To ensure smooth international delivery, we include detailed product descriptions and HS (Harmonised System) codes with all overseas shipments. This is a regulatory requirement for customs clearance.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions Due to Spanish customs regulations, we’re unable to ship certain items that contain:

  • Gift cards or cash equivalents

We’ll always notify you if an item in your order is affected.

🚚 Carrier We Use We partner with a trusted international carrier including:

  • Royal Mail International Tracked

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

🛡️ Insurance Coverage All shipments are insured for loss or damage during transit up to £250.00. Additional insurance is available on request for high-value parcels or express courier services.

During peak times—such as Christmas, bank holidays, or periods of high demand—please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive. Delays may also occur due to extreme weather or postal disruptions beyond our control, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
